Return Policy
At WEARSOGGS, we want you to feel good about your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right — it’s that simple.
You can return or exchange your item if:

It’s defective or damaged – we’ll replace it or refund you at no cost.

It’s the wrong size or color – usually you don’t need to send it back; just pay the shipping for the replacement.

You changed your mind – no problem! You can send it back, but please note that you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost (we don’t cover this part).

We sent the wrong item – we’ll fix it quickly and free of charge.
Return time limits:
- We have a 60 days return policy.
Very important:

All returns must be reported and approved by email — items not reported cannot be returned.
How to return:
- Email support@wearsoggs.com with your order number and reason.
- We’ll reply with easy instructions and the correct return address.
- Pack your item neatly and ship it back.
- Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund within 7 days.
A few notes:

Items should be clean and in like-new condition.

Final sale items and gift cards can’t be returned.

Shipping fees aren’t refundable unless we made a mistake.
