Return Policy

At WEARSOGGS, we want you to feel good about your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right — it’s that simple.

You can return or exchange your item if:

  • It’s defective or damaged – we’ll replace it or refund you at no cost.
  • It’s the wrong size or color – usually you don’t need to send it back; just pay the shipping for the replacement.
  • You changed your mind – no problem! You can send it back, but please note that you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost (we don’t cover this part).
  • We sent the wrong item – we’ll fix it quickly and free of charge.

Return time limits:

  • We have a 60 days return policy.

Very important:

All returns must be reported and approved by email — items not reported cannot be returned.

How to return:

  1. Email support@wearsoggs.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We’ll reply with easy instructions and the correct return address.
  3. Pack your item neatly and ship it back.
  4. Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund within 7 days.

A few notes:

  • Items should be clean and in like-new condition.
  • Final sale items and gift cards can’t be returned.
  • Shipping fees aren’t refundable unless we made a mistake.
